AI Product Ops & AI Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and portfolio: product vision, roadmap, prioritization, build-vs-buy decisions.
• Define and deliver end-to-end AI products for internal product teams.
• Drive adoption and change management, including training and enablement.
• Establish product operating standards and mentor product managers.
• Define success metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT on AI governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring.
• Hands-on design of generative/agentic AI in live products.
• Fluency in AI product practices: prompt/context design, retrieval, guardrails, human-in-the-loop
• Strong research and evidence practice (interviews, A/B testing, analytics).
• Experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Pendo, Tableau).
