Product Manager – Connectors & Applications

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Jitterbit’s Connectors portfolio
• Identify and prioritize new connectors, application integrations, protocols, authentication
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes based
• Partner with Engineering and QA to deliver connectors and application capabilities that are
• Manage connector lifecycle events, including external API changes, authentication changes, version
• Monitor connector usage, quality, customer feedback, support trends, and adoption to guide product

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience, ideally with integration platforms or developer-facing products
• Experience managing a portfolio of integrations or connectors
• Understanding of integration technologies: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JDBC, HTTP, FTP
• Knowledge of SaaS applications such as Salesforce and NetSuite
• Strong strategic thinking and communication
• Data-driven decision-making skills
