Program Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with business, product, engineering, and operational stakeholders to gather, analyze
• Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive requirements documentation, process flows
• Collaborate with engineering and solution design teams to ensure requirements are well-defined
• Review and validate requirements with stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams to support testing efforts and ensure delivered solutions
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Insurance, Information Systems
• 1-3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably within Commercial Insurance.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across
