📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product organization, build succession plans and a

🎯 Requirements

• 15-18 years in product management, technology, customer communications, or a related domain, or
• 10-12 years managing people, including senior leaders and multi-functional teams, with demonstrated
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant
• Working knowledge of HR practices and labor-law requirements applicable to leading a
• Advanced proficiency with executive reporting, product planning, portfolio management, analytics
• Strong understanding of software delivery, agile and product operating models, product lifecycle
