Senior Vice President, Product

📋 Description

• Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy across the entire portfolio
• Lead the integration of Symphony Health's platforms with HealthVerity's products
• Translate the 'How We Win Together' strategy into a prioritized, measurable product roadmap
• Partner with the executive team on pricing, packaging, licensing, commercial strategy, and capital
• Represent the product organization externally to clients, partners, investors, the board, and the
• Build, lead, and scale a world-class product management organization

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years of product leadership experience, including 5+ years as senior Product leader
• Deep background in healthcare data, life sciences, or health technology
• Hands-on expertise across multiple healthcare data types: claims, EHR/EMR, lab, Rx/sell-in, SDOH
• Success leading large data product portfolios for life sciences, payer, or government clients
• Proven track record shipping AI- and ML-powered products at scale, including gen AI/LLM
• Executive experience building, leading, scaling product organizations
