📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than their peers
• Competitive selling skills
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
