Product Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician
• Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature
• Support the automation of manual reporting processes (such as Secure Messaging utilization and
• Execute SQL queries, data validations, and triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations.
• Strong SQL querying skills and hands-on experience developing/publishing Tableau dashboards.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities; experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.
