Principal Analytics Consultant (Power BI)

📋 Description

• Lead the successful delivery of analytics consulting engagements, translating client requirements
• Lead client discovery sessions, prototypes, visualization reviews, and feedback cycles to refine
• Own delivery planning and communication, including team capacity management, project timelines
• Design and implement data visualization and analytics solutions that make complex data accessible
• Collaborate with product, sales, project management, and leadership teams to strengthen client
• Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants through regular feedback, capability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, analytics engineering, or related
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring analytics consultants or similar technical
• Advanced expertise in Power BI and strong experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience working with data warehouses, data marts, data models, and
• Experience designing scalable analytics solutions using cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or
