📋 Description

• Build a clear product vision and roadmap for Armenia.
• Understand the needs of users, healthcare providers and local stakeholders.
• Decide what should be adapted locally and what can be built on Alan’s global platform.
• Create clarity around priorities and trade-offs.
• Work with Design, Engineering, Data and Operations to turn problems into simple product experiences.
• Stay close to users and use research, data and feedback to guide decisions.

• Have strong product experience, ideally including building a product or product area from zero to

• Have strong product judgement and a genuine interest in understanding users.
• Can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Communicate clearly and create alignment across different teams and stakeholders.
• Are comfortable working in a complex or regulated environment. Experience in healthcare, insurance
