📋 Description

• Assess current-state data architectures, models, integrations, systems, and data flows to identify
• Define transition-state and target-state data architectures aligned with business objectives
• Develop architecture roadmaps supporting migration to Microsoft Fabric and adoption of modern data
• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support enterprise data
• Design and document end-to-end data flows, integration patterns, transformation approaches, and
• Analyze existing systems and recommend opportunities for rationalization, modernization, improved

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in data architecture, with demonstrated ownership of complex
• Proven experience defining current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures and
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory
• Strong experience with cloud-based data modernization and contemporary enterprise data platforms.
• Advanced expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Strong experience designing data integration, transformation processes, and end-to-end data flows.
