📋 Description

• Facilitate enterprise discussions on external trends, competitor strategies and potential
• Shape our corporate priorities; drive clarity and alignment on our sources of growth (therapeutic
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives that will drive transformative change and position AbbVie
• Provide targeted support for AbbVie’s long-range strategic planning process, including working with
• Partner with and advise senior leadership team on topics relevant to their own functional areas
• Support communication of AbbVie’s strategy across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree required; PhD or other advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medicine
• Minimum of three years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm with healthcare experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and drive alignment across senior leaders
• Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of financial concepts
• Strong oral, facilitation, and written communication skills with ability to distill complex
• Executive presence, comfort with ambiguity, and strong judgment
