AI Analytics Engineer (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Build Python pipelines using the Google Ads API and SA360 to automate data ingestion, bid
• Model elasticity curves, marginal ROI, and optimal bidding thresholds - partnering with Data
• Design and run structured incrementality experiments on bidding strategies, pricing interactions
• Build agentic layers and AI-assisted workflows using Claude or similar tools to surface
• Develop and maintain data warehouse pipelines in BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake that power
• Act as the analytical bridge between SEA, Data Science, Pricing, and Platform Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Builder first: Have shipped production code independently, using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub
• Analytical foundation: Fluent in SQL and Python for data manipulation, pipeline automation, and
• AI native: Build with AI, not just use it - RAG pipelines, agentic layers, LLM-assisted analytics
• Founding member mindset: Look for the next problem before being asked, comfortable with ambiguity
• Communication: Translate complex technical work into clear, actionable recommendations for both
