Job Description
aytm ("ask your target market") is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance the systems, processes, and data that power our Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and New Business teams.
This role is ideal for an early-career administrator who wants to build deep expertise in Salesforce while gaining exposure to the broader Revenue Operations technology ecosystem. Working closely with Revenue Operations leadership, you will help maintain and improve our Salesforce environment, support users across the business, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency, reporting, automation, and data quality.
As aytm continues to expand the use of AI across our go-to-market organization, this role will also provide opportunities to learn how AI can be applied within Salesforce and Revenue Operations. We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to develop new skills in systems administration, automation, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & User Support
- Support the day-to-day administration of Salesforce
- Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access requests
- Create and maintain custom fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and reports
- Assist with workflow automation, Flow configuration, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely support across departments
- Perform system testing and quality assurance for new functionality and updates
- Support Salesforce release management activities and change documentation
Data Quality & Governance
- Help maintain CRM data quality, consistency, and integrity
- Support data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and cleanup efforts
- Assist with ongoing governance initiatives and process documentation
- Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and leadership teams
- Assist with forecasting, pipeline reporting, and operational analytics
- Support data requests and ad hoc analysis projects
- Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions
Process Improvement & Automation
- Work with Revenue Operations leadership to identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual work
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of Salesforce automation
- Assist with cross-functional projects involving Salesforce integrations and connected business systems
- Document workflows, business requirements, and system changes
AI & Emerging Technology
- Learn how AI-enabled tools and capabilities can improve Salesforce administration and business operations
- Assist with testing and deploying AI-powered features within Salesforce and related platforms
- Support initiatives that leverage automation, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent process design
- Stay informed on emerging Salesforce and AI technologies and share ideas for practical business applications
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business systems, operations, customer support, or a related field
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first year
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and CRM concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and learn quickly
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity about systems, automation, and emerging technologies
- Interest in learning how AI can be applied to business operations and system administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
- Experience using Salesforce in any capacity, including internships, academic projects, volunteer work, or previous employment
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, reports, dashboards, or data management tools
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic reporting tools
- Exposure to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or SaaS business models
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or Salesforce Einstein
- Remote work experience or experience working with distributed teams
