We are looking for aSenior Backend Developerwith strong expertise inPythonandPostgreSQL. The role requires familiarity withRedis,AWS,andDatadog, as well as a good understanding ofmessaging systemslike RabbitMQ. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate closely with non-technical teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable asking questions, clarifying requirements, and working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Requirements:
- 5+years of experience asBackend Engineer, including working withPythonforat least 1–2 yearshands-on recently
- Experience integrating AI Agents is a Strong plus
- Experience withcachingsystems such asRedis
- Practical knowledge of using AI in the daily development flow, with tools likeClaude Code or Codex
- Strong proficiency inPostgreSQL
- Be familiar withAWS
- Experience using Datadog or other monitoring tools
- Knowledge in RabbitMQ or Kafka, hands-on experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Strong English communication skills - MinimumB2level proficiency
