Product Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor escalation queues and maintain the data and functional integrity of the Teikametrics
• Own and investigate platform issues through technical troubleshooting and ensure they are clearly
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate
• Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities to improve product functionality, internal processes
• Develop a deep understanding of the in-app customer experience and bring the voice of the customer

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS applications
• Experience in supporting e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop is a plus
• Strong SQL knowledge for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue investigation
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing and support tools
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
