Traditional Finance PMO (CEO Office)

📋 Description

• Own the integrated program plan for the TradFi roadmap, maintaining milestones, critical path, and
• Run the PMO operating cadence: weekly workstream reviews, executive steering committees, and crisp
• Drive market-expansion workstreams across multiple regions — coordinating regulatory and licensing
• Own the vendor and partner workstream: sourcing, onboarding, and managing the external market-data
• Define launch-readiness criteria and go/no-go gates; coordinate phased rollouts and post-launch
• Identify critical-path risks and blockers early; escalate and drive resolution with workstream

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA, PMP, or
• Project management experience at a broker-dealer, exchange, fintech, investment bank, or management
• Solid understanding of TradFi market structure and products across asset classes.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction launches and working with regulated workflows
• Exceptional executive communication skills — able to synthesize complex, multi-workstream programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making trade-off calls under ambiguity.
