🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including direct experience with
• Proven people-leadership experience managing managers and multi-team departments
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and cash reconciliation workflows in a healthcare or
• Demonstrated experience building or owning a cash forecast or AR/revenue model
• Track record of using data and analytics to inform payor and contracting strategy
