Associate Director, Business Intelligence

📋 Description

• Build and own a capability that lets business users query enterprise data in natural language and
• Own all aspects of the Power BI platform and hold every dashboard to a high bar for accuracy
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to design, build and govern a shared semantic layer serving both
• Define and enforce Revance standards for BI deliverables, covering templates, layout
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive
• Build and lead a high-performing BI team spanning onshore and offshore resources, including a

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, computer science, statistics or another
• Master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in business intelligence.
• 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics, with deep hands-on Power BI experience
• 3+ years leading BI or analytics teams, including managing or working through offshore and
• Experience delivering AI-assisted or natural language analytics (Power BI Copilot, Snowflake
• Extensive knowledge of business intelligence and data warehouse environments, including system
