Project Management Specialist I

📋 Description

• Manage and deliver assigned project teams for key client accounts
• Serve as primary client link with laboratory operations
• Interpret and communicate technical info to project team
• Plan and monitor study activities with lab operations
• Ensure timeline, cost, and quality objectives are met
• Maintain project tracking tools and clear responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication, oral and written
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• PM or customer service experience in a scientific field
• MS Office, MS Project, Excel; experience with LIMS is a plus
• Ability to learn, multitask, record-keeping, and follow policies (GMP knowledge a plus)
• Work independently or in a team, with motivation and flexibility
