📋 Description

• Lead and build the SE/Solutions Architect team; hire, coach, retain sales engineers and solutions
• Build reusable frameworks: discovery, reference architectures, TCO/benchmark models, POV playbooks
• Set technical quality bar, run enablement for GPU architecture, networking, orchestration.
• Own technical win in large deals; partner with Account Executives as technical lead from discovery
• Run qualification with MEDDPICC; surface economic buyer, decision criteria, technical champion.
• Architect solutions across compute, networking, storage, orchestration; produce sizing, capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on AI/ML infrastructure experience: run or stand up ML workloads, distributed training
• Practical fluency in training/inference lifecycle: data pipelines, distributed training
• Comfortable with PyTorch ecosystem: NCCL, CUDA-level concepts, containers, schedulers.
• Deep knowledge of NVIDIA platform and GPU products: Hopper/Blackwell (H100/H200, GB200 NVL72
• Networking fluency: NVLink/NVSwitch, InfiniBand, Spectrum-X Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, DPUs.
• Software/platform: NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM, NeMo, Triton/TensorRT-LLM, Base Command, Run:ai, NGC.
