📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely
• Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and
• Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project
• Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
• Process credit card transactions using Stripe.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service 2+ years preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening
