📋 Description

• Sterile cell culture (cell lines and primary cells)
• Establish, maintain and characterize primary human and immortalized culture systems relevant to
• Support the generation of complex in vitro cellular models
• Execute mechanistic cellular assays to investigate pathways involved in airway inflammation and
• Analyze data and present work in internal meetings
• Maintain detailed experimental records and ensure compliance with electronic laboratory notebook

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education
• Theoretical and practical knowledge to carry out job function
