📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to drive adoption and growth of product usage
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on recruitment processes and solutions
• Develop tailored training solutions to meet client needs
• Use data to identify opportunities to drive product adoption and reduce retention risk
• Feed client insights back to SEEK through the Voice of Customer portal
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, and Marketing to support clients

• Facilitation of group training and one-to-one consulting
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship management
• Effective communication with ability to influence and drive change
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR technologies
• Analytical mindset, able to derive insights and drive continuous improvement
