Part Time Lead Childcare Teacher

📋 Description

• Care for children ages 2–12 in a play-based, multi-age care room
• Lead activities and curriculum, plan hands-on activities
• Communicate regularly with parents and handle emergencies calmly
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized space and manage group dynamics
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and the Center Director
• Participate in ongoing training and occasional enrollment/outreach events

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of Lead Teacher experience in daycare/preschool (babysitting/nannying not eligible)
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning
• Experience with diapering and diapering best practices for toddlers
• Support toilet training and children at various stages
• Strong communication with children and parents
