📋 Description

• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission
• Educate guests on product features, fabric, usage, and care
• Engage customers with authentic, helpful service and store culture
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and product launches
• Support store leadership with daily operations and initiative
• Provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment for guests

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales environment (preferred)
• Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store
• Willingness to stand, move, and engage with guests all shift
• Strong communication and teamwork to support goals
• Align with store goals, initiatives, and product knowledge
