📋 Description

• Define, implement, and execute SOPs for market data ops and client support
• Monitor daily market data deliveries across clients
• Verify data delivery vs SLAs; identify and resolve failures
• Automate repetitive data checks to boost efficiency
• Respond to client/internal requests and investigate data issues
• Coordinate with vendors and developers to resolve complex issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Python for ad-hoc data analysis and automation
• Strong Excel for data analysis
• Practical SQL knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of financial markets and derivatives
• Experience with AWS or cloud tech is a plus
