• Understand business contexts, objectives, and needs with clients/third parties
• Gather, analyze, document requirements, propose solutions for the product
• Translate inputs into clear user stories for dev teams
• Detail and communicate business rules for consistent functiona­lity
• Clarify questions throughout the lifecycle, from delivery to testing
• Facilitate alignment between clients, third parties, and tech teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, or functional analysis
• Ability to write user stories and document business rules
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and technical staff
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum or Kanban)
• Familiar with Jira or Azure DevOps for task/project management
• Experience facilitating refinement sessions with stakeholders
