• Develop synthetic data generation and eval builders for teams and customers.
• Advance self-learning, self-improving systems with agentic memory and compliance.
• Influence technical direction and mentor others at staff level.
• Collaborate across teams to ship AI-powered auditing/finance agents.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years (senior) to 8+ years (staff) in applied science, ML, or data-intensive engineering.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for ML/LLM systems.
• Strong experimentation mindset with clear hypotheses and rigorous design.
• Proven ability to build production tooling for AI/LLM platforms.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-native platforms (AWS) and tooling.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
