Job Description
📋 Description
- Coordinate coalition meetings, agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking
- Support advocacy projects with external stakeholders and government officials
- Track government and stakeholder meetings aligned with advocacy plans
- Draft materials: briefing docs, letters, emails, newsletters
- Maintain coalition communications, contact lists, and digital content
- Update advocacy campaign websites with partners
🎯 Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent in political science, communications, public policy, public
- Understanding of government relations and interest in advocacy, health policy, or public engagement
- Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and volunteers
- Experience coordinating youth/advisory groups; asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor materials
