🎯 Requirements
- Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO flow initiatives.
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service on the floor and in back of house.
- Ability to communicate product details and benefits clearly.
- Maintain store standards, merchandising and stock flow.
- Comfort with fast-paced, guest-facing environment and constraints of a retail setting.
- Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric sales role.
