📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale TAM team; act as trusted customer advisors and escalation resources.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and manage TAM members; assess capabilities and capacity.
• Improve TAM processes, workflows, automation, and consistency.
• Provide advanced guidance on cybersecurity, threat intelligence, identity security, and security
• Operationalize threat intelligence within customer security workflows; address sophisticated
• Create playbooks, enablement materials, and best practices to translate tech into business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in client-facing cybersecurity consulting or TAM roles; threat intelligence experience
• Background as SOC analyst, threat researcher, or security-focused technical role.
• Proven leadership of technical teams; experience in B2B SaaS/tech environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, identity threats, and security
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions and integrating tech into security workflows.
• Hands-on with APIs and webhooks; basic Python development; comfort with technical data and
