Lead BI Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead BI strategy, implementation, adoption of Power BI
• Design dashboards for KPIs: MRR, churn, CAC, retention, ops
• Integrate Power BI with Salesforce, ERP, SQL databases
• Build data models using DAX, Power Query, dataflows
• Own BI initiatives end-to-end, plan to delivery
• Collaborate with FP&A, Revenue Ops, IT, Product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years Power BI experience in SaaS/subscription business
• Strong Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL Server, ERP
• Understanding of SaaS metrics: MRR, churn, CAC
• Leadership, stakeholder management
• Data governance, GDPR/CCPA familiarity
