Must-Have Expertise

• UCaaS: Demonstrated experience selling Unified Communications as a Service (voice, video, chat, contact center). You understand the competitive landscape and can articulate value against incumbents.

• AI fluency: Comfortable positioning AI-driven capabilities to customers and using AI tools to accelerate your own selling — research, outreach, and deal intelligence.

• Pipeline management: Rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline. You keep opportunities current, qualify honestly, and can defend a commit number.
