• Achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and brand standards
• Provide an authentic, organic experience through genuine connection and product knowledge
• Engage customers with education on features, benefits, fabric and care
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive selling initiatives
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment with strong guest engagement
• Support daily operations to keep the store running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Strong willingness to work 32-40 hours per week; open to 7 days a week
• On-site availability during the holiday blackout period
