🎯 Requirements

• Proven PO or Product Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and processes.
• Experience with Brazil’s Tax Reform or related practices.
• Hands-on backlog management; agile experience.
• Translate complex rules into clear specs; strong communication.
• Analytical, collaborative, results-driven; ownership mindset.
