Product Manager / Director, Fiat

📋 Description

• Lead expansion of fiat payment channels globally.
• Drive on/off-ramp systems for stability and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding of fiat vendors for crypto exchange.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance.
• Analyze payment data to improve conversions and costs.
• Partner with banks, PSPs, and gateways for integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, CS or related.
• Minimum 3 years in payments with global ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors.
• Strong knowledge of payments processing and AML/KYC.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional skills.
• English proficiency for international collaboration.
