📋 Description

• Handle agent inquiries and increase wallet share via inquiry handling
• Provide timely responses to agent inquiries (within 2 hours)
• Coordinate with product/pricing to procure rates for agent proposals
• Follow-up with agents on responses; maintain delivery of results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 3-4 years in logistics or freight forwarding
• Minimum 2 years pricing experience
• Fluent in English; additional local language a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven with pricing knowledge
• Knowledge of pricing platforms and quote creation
