📋 Description

• Own P2P Events within the Peer-to-Peer product line.
• Turn ambiguous product area into focused solution based on evidence.
• Collaborate with nonprofits, donors, and partners to evolve experiences.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, deliver, and iterate.
• Launch and learn through experiments with clear criteria and scope.
• Ensure evolvability from simple events to advanced workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years PM/PO experience in software.
• End-to-end ownership with Eng and Design.
• Strong judgment to focus scope and trade-offs.
• Experience turning customer data into decisions.
• Clear written comms: requirements, edges, metrics, decisions.
• Ability to work with multi-actor workflows and data relationships.
