📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end International launch planning and execution across regions.
• Identify barriers, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop stakeholder engagement with HCPs, payers, patient orgs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to align narrative and data priorities.
• Partner with Market Access on evidence needs and reimbursement.
• Enable affiliates with toolkits, training, and readiness milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial and launch experience (local and global).
• International launch planning and execution in a matrix environment.
• Experience building patient identification and referral approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and scientific literacy; work with Medical Affairs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
