- Own a portfolio of strategic customers in MENA as trusted advisor
- Understand product and tech; explain concepts to stakeholders
- Translate tech and compliance challenges into solutions
- Advise on fraud, payments, compliance, and risk
- Define and monitor customer KPIs; show value
- Support expansion and deeper product adoption
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in account management, customer success, risk, or similar
- Strong API integration experience; communicate technical workflows
- Experience in fraud, payments, fintech, AML/KYC; banking preferred
- Proven track record with customers, exec stakeholders
- Analytical with BI data interpretation and recommendations
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
