What You'll Do
🤝 Member Consultations & Benefits Education
As a Remote Member Protection Consultant, you'll:
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
- Connect with members seeking information about available benefits
- Listen carefully to understand individual and family protection needs
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Answer questions about benefits, coverage, and policy features
- Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
- Help members evaluate available options and make informed decisions
- Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
- Assist with required documentation and account information
- Maintain accurate digital client records
Provide Long-Term Member Service
Your role doesn't end after enrollment.
You'll continue helping members with:
- Policy reviews
- Beneficiary updates
- Coverage questions
- Policy changes and account service requests
- Claims-related guidance
- Follow-up communication
- Changes in family protection needs
