- Lead and develop the clinical field sales team in the region.
- Manage program launches and utilization of the ION System in installed base.
- Oversee installations, training, and utilization growth.
- Hire, train, and develop regional clinical sales staff.
- Support KOL development across the region.
- Collaborate with training and marketing departments.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven track record in ION sales or 5+ years in clinical sales management.
- In-depth OR/endoscopy environment knowledge.
- Background in selling medical capital equipment.
- Experience directing a medical device salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
