Senior Product Manager - Instant Payments

📋 Description

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and investment priorities for instant/real-time payments
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery for real-time payments
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps aligned to market demands and strategy
• Own lifecycle from concept to launch, adoption, and optimization
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Product Leadership to translate strategy into
• Support customer, partner, and industry engagements with demonstrations and webinars

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management focused on instant/real-time payments or related tech
• Experience with FedNow Service and/or RTP Network
• Strong ownership of strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and end-to-end lifecycle
• Deep understanding of real-time payment environments, settlement, liquidity, and operational needs
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards (pain.001, pacs.008, pacs.002, pain.013, pain.014)
• Experience collaborating with engineering/architecture teams and evaluating product investments
