Product Manager - Pague Contas (Cashout)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Cashout, DDA, collections, and settlement.
• Define experimentation strategies, including onboarding and activation tests.
• Identify friction points and translate insights into improvements.
• Prioritize backlog using product metrics and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Design, and Growth.
• Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence in payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Product Manager experience, preferably in fintech/payments.
• Strong knowledge of payment products and core banking processes (boleto, TED, SLC, DDA).
• Experience or understanding of SPB/SPI integrations.
• Solid data-driven decision making; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• APIs are essential; CNAB knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
