📋 Description
- Lead decision scientists and data scientists; coach for expertise and leadership
- Own models/forecasts for MAU growth; drivers of acquisition, activation, engagement, retention
- Lead analytics to identify opportunities to grow user base; translate insights into priorities
- Establish standards for scoping, conducting, reviewing, and documenting analytics work
- Partner with Revenue Analytics and Data Engineering to define metrics and practices
- Build operating model to engage earlier in product/engineering roadmaps
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in analytics/data science; 5+ years in senior people management
- Deep expertise in inferential and causal analytics; lead ML practitioners
- Strong knowledge of engagement, retention, churn, cohort analysis
- Forecasting experience with company-level metrics
- Strong SQL and Python or R; comfort with modern data platforms
- Experience with Databricks, Statsig, Tableau or BI tools, Hex or AI-native analytics
