Product Manager - Data Integration

📋 Description

• Own data integration capabilities powering customer onboarding, clinical workflows, reporting, and
• Collaborate with customers, implementation teams, Engineering, Analytics, Clinical Operations, and
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable data standards and platform
• Ensure data ingestion quality, timeliness, and reliability to support care teams.
• Balance customer needs with long-term platform scalability and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Management with 3+ years in healthcare data integrations or related platforms.
• Experience managing customer-facing data integration projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange methods (sFTP and APIs).
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows.
• Familiarity with datasets: eligibility, claims, pharmacy, lab, provider, patient
• Ability to translate requirements into technical specs; Agile experience; cross-functional
