Project Manager, Training & Development, CX

📋 Description

• Manage complex cross-functional projects in CX T&D.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Track performance data and drive improvements.
• Unblock urgent needs and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and communications.
• Build knowledge of key systems (Salesforce, Tableau, LMS, Concur, Okta, SurveyMonkey, Google Suite).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years PM with multiple complex projects.
• End-to-end process design experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
• Data-driven reporting and communication skills.
• Proficient with Google/Microsoft and Salesforce or similar.
