📋 Description

• Schedule ARD meetings and notify parents with timely ARD calendar.
• Ensure ARD timelines and required assessments are met.
• Write and monitor ARD paperwork by the compliance due date.
• Complete ARD data/documentation (IEP, BIP, ESY, etc.).
• Maintain summer program referrals and related procedures.
• Ensure IEPs/504 plans comply with regs and participate in meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Special Education Certification
• Satisfactory outcome background check
• 3+ years experience teaching with focus on special education
• Knowledge of 504 and IDEA eligibility categories
• Deep knowledge of IDEA and ARD compliance
