📋 Description

• Lead BD for USG Federal markets (IC and DoW).
• Oversee capture, proposals, and win strategies.
• Mentor BD team; coordinate with Eng, Legal, Finance.
• Develop multi-year capture plans and customer engagement.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Work within Northern Virginia region.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ yrs in aerospace/defense with 8+ in BD.
• Proven USG capture and proposal leadership.
• Experience with IC/DoW space programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Active TS clearance; willing to travel up to 25%.
• Mastery of customer engagement and strategy execution.
