🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in strategic partnerships, BD, or related field
• Proven ability to set partnership strategy and influence executives
• Experience structuring and managing high-value, multi-year partnerships
• Deep experience with financial institutions or infrastructure providers
• Strong commercial judgment in cross-functional partnership discussions
